Tickets will be sent to your email. Enter through the Visitor Center up to 30 minutes before (except 10 am timed entries) or 30 minutes after your ticket time. Earlier or later arrivals may not be accommodated. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the Gardens. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering.

Although tickets are non-refundable, an order may be rescheduled one-time. Otherwise, all sales are final. Terms of Sale prohibit tickets from being resold by the purchaser for more than face value. Any tickets resold at a profit may be invalidated by Longwood Gardens.

To purchase digital gift cards, select the value and quantity then add to cart. You will receive your gift card via email.
Please note, if you select Gift Card-Custom Amount, you must complete your purchase before purchasing other gift cards.
